  Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum

  • Foster children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress using EYFS standards

  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and the Early Years team

  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times
